Guitar festival

Anyone who digs good guitar playing is in for a special treat this weekend. Joey O's Guitar Festival begins at 5 p.m. Saturday at DeKalb Outdoor Theater in Auburn. Admission is free.
Special guest is Forever the Tribute — Relive Beatlemanie, with the Guitar Infirmary Band, Jay Speck & His Students, Kiley Gingerich and Miles High.

Dance, dance, dance

An open dance party highlighting ballroom, Latin, swing and country dancing takes place 7-10 p.m. Friday at Dance Tonight, 1559 W. Dupont Road.
Beginner and advanced classes will be offered and North American champions, Kelly Bartlett and Chris Spalding, will be on-hand to teach.
The class and the party costs $10, while the party only costs $5. Classes start at 7 p.m., and the party starts at 8 p.m.
