There's nothing like rock 'n' roll music, and tonight's “This Is Spinal Tap” (1984) gives us insight into the world of a heavy-metal band, though it is a fictional “rockumentary.” It airs at 9 p.m. on BBC America and stars Rob Reiner, Michael McKean and Christopher Guest. Reiner also directed the film.Here is a short quiz about other rock films.
