Ball State coach impacted by tragedy in his hometown

MUNCIE - Ball State football coach Pete Lembo was raised on Staten Island in the shadow of the World Trade Center, and his father was an officer with the New York City Police Dept.

The coach spoke with News-Sentinel sports editor Tom Davis regarding the tragic events of Sept. 11, 2001 on Wednesday following a practice at Schuemann Stadium.
