Downtown is ideal to spread into the area south of the railroad tracks to Masterson and Harrison and Calhoun Street. This is a goldmine for the Hoagland & Masterson Association and house values will increase. They will decline and cause serious problems with any huge AEP plant here. A Veterans Day parade and new 9/11 parade start would be ideal here. Use the building for new farmers markets for associations use and small farmers. Do not tear down the two-story building; use it for veterans’ youth.
