A man convicted of a murder that took place in March found out his sentence Friday: 65 years in prison.

Ronald Williams was convicted in September by an Allen Superior Court jury for the murder of 25-year-old Mark B. Young, who was found in the 3300 block of Reed Street on March 15. Young had been shot and was in critical condition when he was found; he later died.

According to court documents filed in the case when Williams was charged, Fort Wayne Police Department officers found Williams after investigators were told that Williams and Young had a heated quarrel shortly before Young was shot.
