In conjunction with the preview, WFWA also will hold a Premiere Tea Party at 4 p.m. in the adjacent Foellinger-Freimann Botanical Conservatory, 1100 S. Calhoun St. The fundraising event for the TV station will be set up as if for a traditional British high tea.
People who want to dress in 1920s garb for the tea party or sneak preview are encouraged to do so. Admission to the tea party is $100 per ticket, which also includes preferred seating for the “Downton” sneak preview at the Embassy Theatre. Premiere Tea Party tickets are available by contacting WFWA's Kelly Hardesty at kellyhardesty@ wfwa.org or at 471-5363.Local music group Fernando Tarango and the Wickersham Bros. recently issued a five-song, limited-release CD, “Indiana.” You can buy the CD for $12 or download a digital version for $7.
