Three adults and a juvenile were reportedly found inside the residence, with 34-year-old Brian L. Hoskins being arrested and charged with Class B felony manufacturing methamphetamine, Class D felony possession of two or more precursors, Class D felony maintaining a common nuisance and Class A misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia, according to the news release. Bond for Hoskins was set at $55,470.
Timothy S. Hill, 33, is charged with possession of methamphetamine, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, maintaining a common nuisance, child neglect and possession of paraphernalia. Amy M. Serres, 33, faces those same charges, the release said, while a 7-year-old child was removed from the residence and placed in the care of the Department of Child Services. Bond for Hill and Serres was set at $5,000.
Narcotics detectives allegedly found pills, methamphetamine, precursors, paraphernalia and a plastic bottle consistent with meth production, according to the release, with investigation ongoing.
