It is shortsighted but not surprising that corporate America and universities have been duped by LGBTs into thinking same-sex marriage will improve their bottom line.Big money from these entities being spent to oppose traditional marriage is foolish, and it goes to show how misplaced our values are. Have we forgotten what “God bless America means?” It means vibrant profitable businesses, a strong economy, victory on the battlefield, safety in schools and the workplace, few if any severe storms and environmental disasters such as Katrina, low unemployment, good health and blessings too numerous to count.

What’s the catch? Just respect his laws and sacred institutions like marriage, the spiritual union between one man and one woman. One word of caution. How can God bless America when we disrespect his laws? Corporations have always succeeded in attracting talent and will continue to do so by offering employees good compensation and benefits, not same-sex marriage.

It’s time America wakes up and connects the spiritual dots. If we slap God in the face and OK same-sex marriage, what’s next? You can rest assured this will be the tip of the iceberg of evils to come. Will two sisters or two brothers be able to marry? If not, why not? Talk about unnecessary confusion, chaos and collapse. The values of God’s blessings are priceless and cannot be matched by all the corporate money in the world.

Ever tried to buy good health? Who would have guessed 30 years ago all-American institutions like the Boy Scouts would be under attack because they adhere to Godly values and country. Who would have guessed we would be debating same-sex marriage? Some even go so far as to say it’s a civil rights issue. No person on earth can choose the skin color he or she is born with. However, each of us can choose how we behave and conduct ourselves.

Dr. Martin Luther King was quoted as saying, “We should not judge a person by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.” This applies to all of us, including those who choose to be behave as gay, lesbians, bisexual and transgender.
