Letter to the editor: Domestic partnership fine, but not marriage

This letter is in reply to the letter John Ribar wrote in The News-Sentinel on April 10.I totally agree with what this man had to say, and I’m sure millions of other people do, too.

I see nothing wrong with calling it “domestic partnership” or “domestic relationship.”

It is definitely not a marriage. A marriage is defined as a union between one man and one woman.

What did the people of this minority group do 100 or 150 years ago? Nobody ever heard anything about them. Why the big fuss today?
