Michael Barranda is running for state representative in the 84th District.I have seen his energetic and tireless efforts as he seeks this post as well as in the leadership role he has played with the Young Leaders of Northeast Indiana, My City Summit, the city and county’s permitting initiatives as well as a host of other successful community endeavors. He has what it takes and desires to help make this community a better place for our citizens. For these reasons, I believe he is worthy of the backing of the citizens of the 84th District.

Barranda is an extremely bright, articulate and considerate individual I have grown to know over the last several years as he has served the Allen County community. During this time I have had the privilege of watching him excel in areas of downtown, community and economic development. He is a quick study and good communicator and has the conservative credentials to serve this community.

In observing him, I have seen Barranda consistently exceed the established standards in serving the public.

He has also demonstrated an ability to be a team player in listening to and enlisting input from a divergence of demographics to ensure that his efforts are maximized.

For these reasons, Barranda deserves the support of voters in the 84th District.

Nelson Peters, Allen County Commissioner
