Letter to the editor: Frustrated with AEP

I called AEP three months ago and asked to be put on a budget plan. They quoted me an amount, which I paid for the next two months. I called back to ask why the amount of my bill was different. I was told they didn’t have the budget plan anymore, and I have to go with “averaging,” so my bill will still not be the same.
Last month I had to come up with $307 to catch up, and if they took me off “averaging” I will owe even more. My frustration level is off the charts.
