North Highlands Neighborhood Association President John E. Modezjewski has been the subject of several comments and conversations between elected officials and a lower-level bureaucratic employee who questioned his integrity. The elected official and the employee questioned whether Modezjewski represents himself whenever he speaks and writes on behalf of the North Highlands Neighborhood Association because he speaks so bluntly and directly to issues that have and will affect our neighborhood now and in years to come. The elected officials, board members and residents of the North Highlands Neighborhood Association support and stand proudly with our president in all of the endeavors and issues he has taken on as president.

This subject needed to be addressed by our association before the good names of both he and the North Highlands Neighborhood Association are called into question by Fort Wayne elected officials and city of Fort Wayne employees on who Modezjewski represents when he is writing or speaking on behalf of the neighborhood association.

Modezjewski speaks for us.

Rodney Chaney, vice president, North Highlands Neighborhood Association
