Fort Wayne Police find man critically injured on street

A runner found a man critically injured in a Fort Wayne street early Monday morning.

Fort Wayne Police were called at 5:43 a.m. and found the man lying in the 3900 block of Shannon Drive, a block from St. Joe Center Road, according to a police spokesman. The man was taken to a hospital in critical condition. The nature of his injuries were not released, but he had not been shot, according to the spokesman. His name had not been released yet.
