Letter to the editor: Is it subtle screening to require password?

When a person applies for a job when using a computerized application, they usually have a username and password.

What if you are like most people and forget the information you’ve entered? What if you write it down and forget your information? What about those assessment tests? People who are mentally disabled cannot do those tests anyway. Is this another way of screening out people who are who are supposed to be protected by equal opportunity laws?
