Because of rain Tuesday, the painting of traffic lines for a planned roundabout was delayed on Ewing Street. The two-way conversion should occur Wednesday, weather permitting. Ewing's conversion from one-way to two-way traffic should be completed by noon Wednesday. It will remain one-way for Wednesday morning rush-hour traffic. After Ewing is converted the construction of the roundabout will begin. The roundabout will create five-way traffic with Ewing, Fairfield, Superior and Wells.
