Lane changes on Ewing going into place

A car moves into the far right lane on the Ewing Street Bridge on Wednesday afternoon as lane restrictions were being put into place. Because of rain Tuesday, the painting of traffic lines for a planned roundabout was delayed on Ewing Street. Ewing's conversion from one-way to two-way traffic was expected to be completed Wednesday. After Ewing is converted the construction of the roundabout will begin. The roundabout will create five-way traffic with Ewing, Fairfield, Superior and Wells.(Photo by Ellie Bogue of The News-Sentinel).
