With schools back in session, administrators and police officers should observe the driving habits of students — especially upon dismissal. It's like the Indy 500, or worse, and violators should have their parking passes and/or licenses suspended.
There are always clean-up the river days where volunteers come out to clean up the riverbanks to beautify our city. Why then, are there still those who think the river banks are a dumping ground for waste? A prime example is the St. Marys River that runs along Winchester Road. Please, neighbors and businesses, do not clutter the banks with your waste!
