The sauna room and shower after, felt great and allowed me to take a nap (deserved) as I did not get to sleep last night until 5:30 a.m. Couldn't sleep after doing my blog, just too keyed up.

Tonight we went to the Mexican Wave restaurant, with Mexican food made by Chinese cooks. Went to Dairy Queen (Yes, Lee, there is Dairy Queen here) for ice cream. Came home, did this blog, played cards with Dyer and going to bed. Big day tomorrow. My family and I have heard from many of you, and we appreciate your support. We can hear you cheering halfway around the world for Lloy and the U.S. team. Keep it up.
