Women's hoops coach hired at Indiana Tech

Rodney Hamilton, a former standout player at Georgia State, has been hired as the women's basketball coach at Indiana Tech.

Hamilton's coaching experience includes being an assistant coach for the men's basketball team at Southeast Missouri State, an associate coach for the men's team at Crichton College, and head coach for the boys team at Westside High School in Memphis, Tenn.

As a player at Georgia State, Hamilton holds school records for scoring (1,515 points), free-throw percentage (.838), assists (535), steals (212) and games started (105).
