Talk about greed! Fort Wayne City Utilities charges a billing fee for sending you the bill for water and sewage. Then a fee for picking up your garbage and recycling. The city gets greedier by the day.

If you think things will get better under this (presidential) administration and Congress, think again.

So much for the theory that raising cigarette taxes would reduce smoking.

Fort Wayne, when are you going to realize our mayor is a meathead? He's spending money faster than he can generate it: casino, I&M, Renaissance Building, poor staffing choices, etc.

Come on, (a local news anchor) is driving with almost twice the legal limit of alcohol in her system at 9:30 on a Monday morning and gets off with 90 days of no driving and a year's probation. What a joke! And how many people get killed every day by drunken drivers that are repeat offenders?

Why can't broadcast news reporters let us hear for ourselves what is going on? A CNN reporter recently reported on a court case, and, while the judge was talking, the reporter talked over it to tell us what the judge was saying!

We need to “go green” and “cut budgets.” So we cut trees and pave a road through Shoaff Park?

I can't believe the mayor spent $45,000 sending out a letter that could have been taken care of in three minutes with a news conference. … Mayor Henry, go back to your office and leave our utilities alone. All you know is how to spend our money.

I do not want our government or any insurance to cover abortions. If these women want to go out and have babies, insurance can cover them; but if they want an abortion, let them come up with the money themselves.
