A Fort Wayne man pleaded guilty Wednesday to inappropriately touching a 15-year-old boy to whom he was giving music lessons.

Dale K. Tucker, 57, of the 3900 block of Stone Creek Run, pleaded guilty to a Class B charge of sexual misconduct with a minor after giving the boy alcohol and having oral sex with the boy and performing another act on the boy on multiple occasions between Dec. 1 and March 29, according to court documents.

In Allen Superior Court on Wednesday, Tucker was taken into custody following his plea after Magistrate Robert Schmoll revoked his bond.

The advisory sentence on a Class B felony is 10 years. Tucker will be sentenced at 8:30 a.m. Jan. 11.
