•Ruoff Home Mortgage announces that Greg Thomas was the top loan originator overall and Kim Arnos was the southwest office top loan originator for April. Thomas has been with the company since 2009 and was the top loan originator in March as well. Arnos has been in the mortgage industry for the past 15 years and with Ruoff since 2007.
•Ivy Tech Community College-Northeast has hired Jaclyn Youhana as assistant director of marketing and communications. She will be a contact for the media and will work closely with college programs in executing marketing efforts related to enrollment, retention, graduation and development.
• Fifth Third Bank has added Corey Barnard as vice president and commercial relationship manager and J. Arnold as vice president and business banking relationship manager. Arnold has 20 years experience in the banking business helping individuals and business owners to grow their businesses and achieve their goals. He earned a bachelor of arts in economics from DePauw University and an MBA from IPFW. Traci Bohdan has been promoted to business banking relationship manager. She has a total of 17 years banking experience and holds an associate degree in business from IPFW.

•USA Wholesale Lending, a unit of Hallmark Home Mortgage has hired Jane Christiansen as regional account executive for the Southern and Midwest regions. She has over 28 years experience as a regional account manager for wholesale lending serving clients in the broker and correspondent area of residential mortgage lending.
•Rothberg Logan & Warsco partner Thomas B. Trent was recently a guest lecturer at Notre Dame Law School, addressing the topic of Indiana mortgage foreclosure law.
•Greater Fort Wayne has honored Sen. David Long with the 2013 Legislator of the Year Award and Rep. Martin Carbaugh the 2013 New Legislator of the Year Award. The awards were presented by Chamber President and CEO Mike Landram at the 2013 Legislative Wrap-Up breakfast held May 8.

•Kosciusko REMC, Warsaw, has promoted Jeff Moore from lead lineman to operations supervisor. He has been in the operations department for over 24 years. He will supervise the KREMC linemen, service technicians, meter technicians, and outside contractors and assist in the development of yearly work plans and budget, schedule the daily activities of line crews and monitor the progress of work to assure system reliability.
