BLOOMINGTON – It's not official yet, perhaps that will come this week, but it looks like Archie Miller has his assistant basketball coaching staff nailed down.

Reports are that UCLA assistant coach Ed Schilling will join the Hoosiers. The other two assistant coaches are expected to be former Drexel and Massachusetts head coach Bruiser Flint and former Dayton assistant coach Tom Ostrom.

Schilling is the former state-title winning head coach at Indianapolis Park Tudor. Among the players he coached there were Yogi Ferrell, who went on to have an outstanding four-year career at IU.

Schilling also was the head coach at Wright State for six seasons. He has significant recruiting connections in the state of Indiana.

One player he has been recruiting heavily – New Albany standout Romeo Langford, the No. 3 player nationally in the Class of 2018.

Schilling has been with Steve Alford at UCLA since 2013.
