Carroll boys basketball coach Marty Beasley has been selected to helm the Indiana Senior All-Star boys squad as it battles Kentucky this June.  Beasley will be assisted by Connersville's Kerry Brown and Culver Academy's Mark Galloway.

Beasley and the Chargers recently concluded a 13-10 season, the fourth-consecutive campaign of double-digit victories for the program. In 12 years at Carroll, Beasley is 177-107 with four sectional championships and a regional title in 2007.

Beasley holds a 246-172 overall record in his career that includes a half-dozen years at Garrett.

The Indiana All-Star boys team will be announced soon after the conclusion of the season. It is likely safe to say that Beasley will be coaching a pair of area players throughout the month — Snider's Malik Williams and North Side's Jaylen Butz.
