The Hamilton Life Center, 4001 Terry Lake Road in Hamilton, is gearing up for its 2017 Concert Season. The series’ 10 concerts are bringing artists who not only have recorded many national No. 1 hits and are members of the Gospel Music Hall of Fame and who but also have received or been nominated for Grammy awards, Dove awards and Singing News Fan awards. In a news release on the concerts, organizer Marc Hamman said, “We are continually amazed at the quality of talent God is bringing to our little town.”

From the legendary Southern Gospel Sound of the Blackwood Brothers to the classic violins of The Browns to the Celtic beats of Link Union, Hamman praised the variety and quality of talent in this year’s concerts.

It begins Friday with Southern Raised, a musical group of siblings from the Ozark Mountains. Originally trained in classical music, they play a variety of instruments and their unusual blend of vocal harmonies have been described as “the other side of amazing.”

This year, each concert event also includes pre-shows. Pre-shows this year feature many first-timers, such as Fort Wayne’s Dane Bailey and Master’s Praise from Indiana Wesleyan University.

All pre-shows begin at 6:30 p.m., with featured artists at 7 p.m. Show dates, headliners and pre-shows are:

*Friday, Southern Raised with Master’s Praise
