The Carroll County Sheriff's Department, the FBI, Delphi Police Department and the Indiana State Police are asking for help in identifying the person in a composite sketch who is believed to be connected to the murders of Abigail J. "Abby" Williams and Liberty Rose Lynn "Libby" German.

The person in the composite sketch is a white man between 5-foot-6 and 5-foot-10, weighing 180 to 220 pounds, with reddish brown hair. His eye color is unknown. Police say the hat in the drawing may not be accurate, but the person's facial features should be the primary focus.

Anyone with information should call the tip line at 1-844-459-5786 (and can remain anonymous) or email abbyandlibbytip@cacoshrf.com. A reward in excess of $230,000 is offered for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for these murders.
