Video obtained by The News-Sentinel documents  the meeting Monday between Lutheran Hospital doctors and representatives of Tennessee-based Community Health Systems just hours after CHS rejected a local physician group's $2.4 billion offer for Lutheran Health Network.

The video features a statement by Dr. James Cameron, Lutheran Hospital chief of staff, who criticizes the "bottom-line" culture of the network's parent company and suggests CHS was not truthful in some of its criticisms of the offer to purchase, and suggested such untruthfulness could make it hard to build trust as the two sides move forward.

Cameron also reiterated the staff's support for hospital CEO Brian Bauer.

When Cameron finished speaking, he introduced CHS representatives — at which point hospital staff stood and left the room.
