This must not be done at Jefferson Boulevard, as the library will lose parking, Historic homes and property here cannot be moved. Being a building and homes inspector in the  ‘80s and ‘90s, I know. Plus, millions can be saved by putting an arena on N.&S. railroad land on Fairfield across from G.E. Three restaurants here are an advantage to TinCaps fans.

Where in the world will they even park for an arena, and no way during a TinCaps game unless you want real nightmares for parking.

God bless our rightfulness.
