The popular Purdue University men’s basketball Alumni Game is set to return Aug. 4 to Mackey Arena.

This will be the fourth alumni game, which has typically brought it about 50 former Boilermakers and coaches for the event. This year’s game will be the first at Mackey Arena since 2014.

Tickets for the reserved premium seats are $10, starting today for men’s and women’s premium seat season ticket holders. John Purdue Club members have a chance to buy premium tickets beginning June 18 and general public access begins June 26. General admission season in the lower and upper bowl are free.

“Our alumni game is one of the highlights of the year and we are excited to get back into Mackey Arena for this year’s event,” coach Matt Painter said in a released statement. “The three previous games have been outstanding events and I know our fans are excited to see some of their favorite Boilermakers back in Mackey Arena wearing the black and gold. It’s a great way to honor the tradition and history of Purdue basketball.”

The game will be played at 11 a.m. Aug. 4. Rosters will be announced later.
