Indianapolis Colts linebacker D’Qwell Jackson has been suspended for the next four games for violating the NFL policy on performance-enhancing substances. Jackson, who suffered a concussion in the Colts’ 41-10 win over the New York Jets on Monday night in East Rutherford, N.J., will miss Colts’ remaining regular-season games. He could return if the Colts (6-6) qualify for the playoffs.

His suspension without pay begins immediately and he is eligible to return to the Colts’ active roster on Jan. 2, following the team’s Jan. 1 game against Jacksonville.
