•Ruoff Home Mortgage announced that Greg Thomas was the top loan originator for the Fort Wayne North office, 1110 E. Dupont Road, and Julie Carroll for the Southwest office, 6920 Pointe Inverness Way, for the month of April. Thomas has been with Ruoff since July 2009. Carroll joined Ruoff in May 2014.
•Concordia Lutheran High School has named Jana Gepfert and Kurt Gutman to serve 3-year terms on its board for the 2017-18 school year. Gepfert is a New Haven High School guidance counselor and member of Concordia Lutheran Church. Gutman is a financial adviser and a 1988 Concordia graduate who attends St. Paul Lutheran Church. Mark Webb, owner of QuikCut and Steve Rieck, owner and principal architect of SLRieck:Architect were re-elected to three-year terms.

•The Zacher Company announces that Steven K. Zacher, SIOR, CCIM, is celebrating 30 years in the commercial real estate industry. His father, Al, founded the firm in 1961.

•Pekin Insurance Co. has awarded Don Hayden, co-owner of Myers and Hayden Insurance, its Gold Key Award.
