The Fort Wayne Police are seeking the public’s help in locating suspects connected to a Jan. 11 robbery at the Flagstar Bank in the 900 block of West State Boulevard.

Initial information indicated a male black subject had produced a note and handed it to the teller, then had fled out of the bank and was last seen running across Sherman Street to the east and into the alley behind the Dairy Queen. Upon arrival, officers spoke with witnesses inside the bank and were advised that it appeared suspect was wearing a disguise and handed a note to the teller requesting the money. The suspect did obtain an undisclosed amount of money from the bank. A K9 was called to the scene without success, and a witness said a subject matching the description of the suspect had gotten into a full-size black vehicle and fled the area.

Detectives are asking that anyone that has any additional information regarding this incident to contact the Fort Wayne Police Department at (260) 427-1201 or Allen County Crime Stoppers at (260) 436-7867.
