LETTER TO THE EDITOR: Cal Thomas’ word choice reveals his agenda
Dear Cal Thomas:
In one paragraph of your Aug. 28 article about euphemisms you stated ” . . . language has now been appropriated to advance political agendas.” In the next paragraph you wrote, “Babies in the womb lose their humanity when they are labeled fetuses.”
Fetuses are not babies and babies are not fetuses. These words are not interchangeable. Check your dictionary.
